Air Jordan 4 Retro SE 'Black Canvas'

Air Jordan 4 Retro SE 'Black Canvas'

All black. All texture. The Air Jordan 4 Retro SE 'Black Canvas' takes the AJ4's iconic silhouette and builds it in premium black canvas and leather — a material-forward Special Edition that makes the all-black build feel completely different from any standard black AJ4 you've worn before. The Black Canvas is what happens when Jordan Brand takes the AJ4's most foundational colorway and gives it a premium material story worth telling.

Product Highlights

• Black Canvas Colorway: All-black premium canvas and leather upper with tonal black midsole and outsole — a seamlessly dark, head-to-toe build distinguished from standard black AJ4s by the canvas material's unique texture, weight, and visual character
• Premium Canvas Construction: High-quality black canvas panels deliver a matte, textile texture that's completely distinct from leather — a material that makes the all-black build feel more raw, more considered, and more Special Edition than any leather-only black AJ4 could
• SE (Special Edition) Build: The Special Edition designation marks this as a design-forward, material-elevated release beyond the standard AJ4 lineup — a limited build for those who appreciate the difference premium materials make to a colorway they already know
• Iconic AJ4 Silhouette: Molded side wings, lace lock system, and mesh tongue faithfully carry forward Tinker Hatfield's original 1989 design — the AJ4 blueprint in its most material-sophisticated, premium black expression
• Tonal Black Details: Seamless tonal black detailing from canvas upper to leather accents to midsole creates a cohesive, unified all-black aesthetic — the canvas texture providing just enough visual variation to reward closer inspection without breaking the monochromatic build
• Visible Air Cushioning: Heel Air unit delivers responsive impact absorption and all-day comfort — performance beneath the most premium black AJ4 Special Edition in the current lineup

Every rotation needs a black AJ4. The 'Black Canvas' SE is the one that makes collectors look twice — not because of the color, but because of what the color is built on. Premium canvas, all-black, and the AJ4 silhouette at its most material-forward. Sizes are extremely limited.
